Why this matters now

Small businesses are adopting AI, and attackers have noticed

AI tools now sit inside the email, accounting, and customer service software small businesses already use. Used well, they save hours every week. Used carelessly, they can expose customer information or send out work no one checked.

At the same time, phishing, invoice fraud, and ransomware are aimed squarely at small businesses, because they rarely have an IT department. A handful of practical habits closes most of the gap, and that is what our courses teach.
